I am in charge of coordinating a push towards creating a sustainable long lasting rugby club. Sustainable clubs are effective through engaging the community. Clubs create better opportunities to attract players, coaches and volunteers with formalized links within communities. The club becomes locally known as a fun outlet for personal growth.
