Men's

Burnaby Lake Rugby Club offers a competitive Men’s program across three teams including Premier, 1st Division and 3rd Division. We welcome players of all levels.

Women's

The Women’s Premier team offers a competitive rugby experience. Led by experienced coaches and exceptional athletes, our program sets the standard for top-tier women’s rugby.

Youth

Burnaby Lake fields Junior rugby teams, at U18, U16 & U14 level.
In addition, there is a Mini Rugby program that helps develop skills for new players.
